Who is responsible

myroomcraft.com is the data controller for the data in the service. Contact us at support@myroomcraft.com with any questions about your data.

What data we save

Account: your email address and which login method you use (such as Google, Apple, or Microsoft). We don't ask for your name or other profile details.

Projects: your drawings, storeys, furniture, materials, comments, saved AI images, and images you upload, such as photos of your house or furniture.

Sharing: email addresses of people you invite and what permissions they have.

Activity: when you last used the service and your chosen language, so we can delete inactive accounts.

Why we save it

To be able to deliver the service you've requested: save and display your drawings, let people you invite view the project, and generate AI images and measurements for you. The legal basis is to fulfil our contract with you.

AI and other providers

When you use AI features (AI image, 360°, sketch import, facade, furniture from photo), the drawing and the images you've chosen are sent to an AI provider to generate the response. When you fetch a product from a store link, the page is read by a service that retrieves web pages. Login takes place via the provider you choose.

The providers process the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We never sell your data and we don't display any adverts.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you haven't used the service for two years, your account and all projects are automatically deleted. You'll receive an email 30 days before, and simply logging in is enough to keep your account.

Backups may remain for a short time after deletion before they are overwritten.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself at any time under Account on the project page. This permanently deletes all your projects, drawings, and saved images.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, have it corrected or provided to you, and object to the processing. Write to support@myroomcraft.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the supervisory authority in your country.

Cookies

We only use what is necessary for the service to work: your login and your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes

If the policy changes in a way that affects you, we'll let you know in the service or by email.

Where your data is stored

Your account, projects, drawings and saved images are stored in a database in the EU (Ireland).
